Payment is accepted via paypal or wise transfer to a local bank (in USD or IDR based on exchange rate on the transaction day)

Paypal payment can be done in two ways via Paypal normal transfer and Paypal invoice.

No extra fees will be added for Paypal normal transfer

Additional fee will be applied to cover for Paypal fee with Paypal invoice

All orders will be shipped using the shipping address provided by the buyer.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct before placing the order.

We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Shipping fees that are paid are NON-REFUNDABLE once the package has been shipped.

Once the package is shipped from our country and handed over to the postal service, the responsibility of delivery is transferred to them and the destination country's postal service.

Any delays and problems that may arise caused by customs, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control are not our responsibility. Please check and confirm your country's international shipping procedure/rules beforehand.

If you encounter any problems with the delivery process please contact us within 1 month after the estimated delivery time. We will try our best to assist and resolve the problem. After that period we will not be able to assist you as we will deem the transaction to be completed with no problem.

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. The seller has no control over these charges.

If the buyer refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned, refund will not be provided

If you encounter any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. After that period we will not assist you as we will deem the transaction to be completed with no problem.

Please also provide photos when you received the package, unboxing video, and detailed picture proof when contacting me about your problem regarding your order.

Refunds will be provided ONLY for product price after we received the package back. No shipping fee will be refunded (If there’s any tax or extra charge associated with the return, the fee will be charged to the buyer)

If you use shipping insurance in advance i will do my best to help claim the insurance to the post service

Once the insurance claim is approved by the postal service, then I will refund the money back to you

Do not use the finished artwork for AI, NFTs, and cryptocurrency related purposes.

Do not claim the finished artwork(s) as your own creation.

Do not edit, change, or modify the finished artwork without any confirmation or consent to the Artist.

Please put proper credit(s) when reposting the finished artwork to social media.

The Artist have the right to decline the commission request.

Refunds/cancellation are only applicable when the Artist cancelled it/unable to finish the commission.

Cancellation is permited if the commission is not updated in 6 months after payment being done

Refund & cancellation cannot be requested by client once the payment is confirmed.

The Artist own all intellectual property rights & copyrights to the artwork(s) and all original design. The intellectual property rights of the characters drawn belongs to the respective owner.

Otherwise stated/discussed first, all commissions are for personal use ONLY. For commercial uses additional charges will apply.

The artist have the rights to publish all progress/finished artwork on social media otherwise discussed beforehand.

The client is prohibited to resell the finished artwork/commission without buying commercial rights beforehand.
